In May 2018, 310 companies with Iranian capital were registered in Turkey, which is 129 companies more than in the same period of 2017, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) told Trend.
According to TOBB, the total capital of Iranian companies registered in May 2018 reached 27.3 million Turkish liras, compared to 15.3 million lira in May 2017.
"In January-May 2018, 516 companies with Iranian capital were registered in Turkey," TOBB said. “In May 2018, 8,190 companies were registered in Turkey, which is 33 percent more compared to May 2017.”
In May 2018, 589 companies were closed in Turkey. A total of 136 Azerbaijani companies were registered in Turkey in 2017.
The official exchange rate on June 25 is 4.7162 TL/USD.
