The plant’s capacity is 500 kilograms of frozen vegetables and fruits per hour. The technology used allows preserving the original taste and energy value of products that are sold to individual consumers in semi-kilogram packages.
For sale in restaurants, cafes and confectionery, frozen products will be placed in special packages with a capacity of ten kilograms, according to the message. The capacious raw material base of the new facility provides opportunities not only to sell fresh vegetables, but also to start preparing them for the winter.
Rich harvest of potatoes, tomatoes, eggplant, carrots, broccoli and bell pepper is grown on the leased lands. The contracts signed with the gardeners ensure the uninterrupted delivery of fruits and berries for processing. The target of the Halk Market chain of stores that owns the new facility is the sale of food products at attractive prices for buyers.
Entrepreneurs are planning to gradually expand the range of frozen fruit and vegetable semi-finished products and the geography of their sales, providing products rich in vitamins not only to residents of Turkmenistan, but also to foreign consumers, message noted.
