Baku, Azerbaijan, Oct. 22
By Taleh Mursagulov - Trend:
Appeals to the Banking Ombudsman in Azerbaijan have decreased, the Secretary of the Banking Ombudsman Elchin Hasanov told Trend on Oct. 22.
Hasanov said due to the fact that all the complaints of banks are already in the courts, appeals to the Banking Ombudsman have noticeably decreased in the last months.
In January-September 2018, 317 appeals were sent to the Banking Ombudsman and half of them were accepted for consideration, Hasanov said.
The Banking Ombudsman in Azerbaijan started activities in September 2017.
