Baku, Azerbaijan, Dec. 10

By Huseyn Hasanov, Rashid Shirinov – Trend:

Turkmen company Ukyply Kardesler has exported the first batch of wall blocks made of aerated concrete, Trend reports citing the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper.

"The building materials are intended for the construction of residential buildings in the capital of Uzbekistan, Tashkent. In the near future, the products of Turkmen manufacturers will also be supplied to Russia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan," reads the message.

Aerated concrete blocks and dry building mixes are produced at the plant in the Baharly district of the Ahal region of Turkmenistan. Such foreign companies operating in the country as French Bouygues and Turkish Gap Insaat and Ronesans plan to use these products.

The production of aerated concrete blocks is implemented with the German Wehrhahn equipment. The plant has launched a production line of autoclaved aerated concrete with a capacity of 500 cubic meters per day and a workshop for the production of dry building mixes with a capacity of 100 tons per day.

It is noteworthy that all products of the enterprise (except for aluminum powder) are made of local raw materials. The latest technologies allow production of lightweight and durable blocks made of natural mineral materials. Autoclave curing gives them strength and uniformity, providing resistance to the negative external influence.
