Last Iranian year, (started on March 21, 2018), 7.5 tons of lobsters were exported from Iran’s Gilan province, Director General of the Gilan Province Veterinary Department Sohrab Aghebati said, Trend reports with reference to ISNA.
He said that the products were exported to Germany, Belgium, Russia, Azerbaijan and Iraq. Last Iranian year, 5,543 tons of fish and 3.18 tons of caviar were exported to the mentioned countries, he noted.
Commenting on other export items, he added that last Iranian year, 768,000 chickens, 404,000 eggs and 924,000 kilograms of chicken meat were exported to Iraq and Azerbaijan.
