Biggest Azerbaijani meat & dairy manufacturer to expand product varieties

The Azerbaijani company “Sab”, which is engaged in manufacturing of meat and dairy products, plans to expand product varieties by the end of this year, Rovshan Abdullayev, marketing manager of the company, told Trend.

He said that the company plans to produce a new variety of sour cream according to the Russian technology.

“The new product will be an analogue to Russia’s traditional fermented milk product “Ryazhenka”, and is designed for the domestic market,” he noted. “In parallel, we have started the production of three types of ice cream.”

The company’s manager added that the company expects an increase in the production of dairy products.

“Presently, about 200 tons of milk are processed daily by the company, and we plan to increase these volumes by the end of this year, in order to expand the manufacture of dairy products,” he said.

The company produces 60 types of meat and 50 types of dairy products.

The company’s production plant is located in Khirdalan city near Baku.
