In January-June 2019, Kazakh citizens purchased 316 pieces of real estate in Turkey, which is 100 more than during the same month of 2018, Trend reports referring to Turkey's General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre.
As noted by directorate, in June 2019, Kazakh citizens purchased 60 pieces of real estate in Turkey, which is 25 more than during the same month of 2018.
It was also noted that the citizens of Kazakhstan purchased 542 pieces of real estate in Turkey in 2018, which is 208 more than in the same period of 2017.
As many as 61,355 real estate properties were sold in Turkey in June 2019, which is 48.6 percent less compared to June 2018. During the reported period, 2,689 real estate properties were sold to foreigners in Turkey, which is 30.5 percent more compared to the same period in 2018.
