The Azerbaijani Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population has concluded a contract with Avalon-12 Ltd, Trend reports referring to the state procurement website.
The corresponding contract worth over 20.6 million manat ($12.1 million) was signed.
The agreement envisages the construction of houses for families of martyrs and disabled during of the Karabakh war.
