Ulduz Chocolate Factory, a confectionery manufacturer in Azerbaijan, has developed a new production line of chocolates, a source at the factory told Trend.
The new line is for the production of "jelly in chocolate" sweets, according to the source.
"The new production line is planned to be launched in the first two-three months of this year,” the source noted. “The factory launched the production of chocolate fudge and expanded the range of packaged chocolates. An enhanced formula with a high content of nuts, sugar and other ingredients was used in production.”
The source noted that this year, the factory plans to increase the production capacity and expand the varieties of sweets.
Ulduz Chocolate Factory is a part of Veyseloglu-Yaycili Qardashlar LLC.
The factory uses modern equipment of Italian, Turkish and German production.
