Azerbaijan's reveals volume, value of food production for 2019

The total value of food production in Azerbaijan exceeded 3.4 billion manat ($2 billion) from January through December 2019, which is 3.9 percent more compared to the same period of 2018, Trend reports referring to the country's State Statistical Committee.

The production of beverages increased by 34.3 percent and exceeded 437.8 million manat ($257.5 million), while the production of tobacco products increased by 77.3 percent and exceeded 248.9 million manat ($146.4 million) from January through October 2019.
