Atena LLC, an Azerbaijani dairy company located in the country's Agjabadi district, plans to launch a new production line of sour cream with a various percentage of fat content in 2020, a source at the company told Trend.
"Currently, the company is developing several types of sour cream with different percentage of fat content, in particular low-calorie ones with the fat content of up to 10 percent, as well as products with high fat content of over 30 percent," the source said.
"The development of these dairy products has already been completed and it is planned to introduce them into production in March. The company plans to increase raw milk production by up to 50 percent in 2020. The company's premises produce over 60 tons of milk per day," the source added.
Atena's production facilities are located in Azerbaijan's Agjabadi district.
