Ganja Instrument-Making Plant, the biggest industrial enterprise in Azerbaijan, has started manufacturing of a new innovative model of industrial product, namely, a new model of silicone LED lens, a source in the plant said.
“The production of these products will begin approximately in October 2020,” the source said. “Previously it was planned to launch the production in summer but due to the quarantine regime as a result of the spread of the coronavirus pandemic, the process was postponed till autumn.”
“The primary volumes are planned to reach 1,000-1,200 units monthly,” the source said. “The products are intended for sale in the domestic market. As far as the production volume of new products increases, the possibility of selling the new model abroad will also increase.”
Ganja Instrument-Making Plant is one of the leading Azerbaijani enterprises in the field of instrument making, engaged in the development and production of measuring instruments and automated control systems.
The plant intends to develop instrument making in Azerbaijan to produce modern, high-quality water meters, gas pressure regulators and other measuring instruments that are in demand in the market in the country and abroad.
The plant is located on the territory covering more than five hectares, and the production area is 6,000 square meters.
