Supplies of prepackaged drugs from Russia to Azerbaijan increased by 85 percent during the COVID-19 pandemic, Trade Representative of Russia in Azerbaijan, Ruslan Mirsayapov told Trend.

The Russian supplier of ethyl alcohol "Bashspirt" was attracted to the production of antiseptics in Azerbaijan, with the support of the Trade Mission of Russia and the representative office of the Russian Export Center (REC) in Azerbaijan, the trade representative noted.

“I would like to especially note the acquired potential of Russian enterprises in terms of the production and supply of a wide range of high-quality competitive products to Azerbaijan: test systems, personal protective equipment, medicine, disinfectants,” Mirsayapov said.
