Iran to resume operations of manufacturing enterprises in Ardabil Province

The activities of 45 manufacturing enterprises in the Ardabil County of Ardabil Province (north-western Iran) are to be restored in the current Iranian year (from March 21, 2021, through March 20, 2022), Governor of the Ardabil County Masoud Emami Yeganeh told IRNA, Trend reports.

The governor said that 680 people will be provided with jobs by resuming the activities of these enterprises.

Emami Yeganeh added that the activities of 28 manufacturing enterprises were restored in Ardabil County at a cost of 4 trillion rials (about $95.2 million) over the last Iranian year (from March 20, 2020, through March 20, 2021). And as a result, 700 people were employed.

“Necessary infrastructures are being created in the county in order to support manufacturing enterprises. In addition, loans are provided for the creation of certain infrastructures, and other problems facing manufacturing are solved. In order to increase employment in small manufacturing enterprises in Ardabil County, various supports are provided to them,” he noted.
