The State Committee on Securities (SCS) under the Azerbaijani President registered prospect of share emission of the joint stock NBCbank, Trend reports.
On 25 November SCS registered share emission of NBCBank under registration number AZ109100575P in the amount of 240,584,850 AZM.
The bank changed the nominal of shares from 150,000 AZM to 165,000 AZM, or 33 AYM.
