Several Azeri laws don't meet international conventions

Several laws adopted by Milli Majlis [Azerbaijani Parliament] dont correspond with international conventions, Trend reports quoting the permanent parliamentary commission for legal policy and state creation.

It is stated that for this reasons, there appear problems while execution of these laws. These documents have been adopted 8-10 years ago. But the laws adopted over the recent period correspond with the international standards and conventions.

The international experience is taken into consideration during the development of legislative acts. The permanent commission carries out regular works on laws having emptiness.

Measures are taken in connection with the laws not meeting international conventions.
