Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend U.Ismaylova / In May stability was observed in the real estate market of Baku, public union Participants of Real Estate Market informs.
In May the Azeri-REI index increased by 1.2% (3.2 points) and stood in the point of 282.2.8 due to the land market. The increase of index of prices in the second real estate market equaled 0.3% which is almost equal to the figures of last year. The average price for the apartments in the real estate market amounted to $1215 for one square meter.
The share of the newly constructed buildings in the pack of proposals of real estate market equaled 14.8%.
