Azerbaijan, Baku /corr. Trend I.Khalilova / The Associate Director, Head of Business Development of the World Economic Forum, Grant McKibbin, who is on visit to Azerbaijan, said on 5 July that the 1st Davos Economic Forum will take place in Dalyam (China) on 6-8 September. The Forum will bring together the heads of companies, members of the community, leading specialists of the World Economic Forum.
The International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) is the first bank in the Country which became a member to the organization.
According to McKibbin, the Forum will focus on the problems of world economy and future development prospects.
"Taking into consideration the economic growth of Azerbaijan and active integration of the Country into the market of developing countries, it is possible to say that participating in the important event will bring mass of positive dividends for the Azerbaijani companies," McKibbin said.
