Azerbaijan, Baku, 27 February / corr Trend S.Aliyev / The Geology and Geophysics Unit of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan jointly with KazGeCo company of Kazakhstan, is working in Kazakhstan at the order of KazKorMunay, the Unit said.
2D seismic survey, covering 1000х km, is being held in Karpov-South area in the northwest Kazakhstan.
The work is being carried out there by Exploration Geophysics unit with the use of advanced rig AHV-IV (I/O). The project will end shortly.
