Oil and Gas Corporation of Georgia announced a bid for consultancy services for planning and construction of the refinery.
The consultant will examine the technical and economic feasibility for the construction of the refinery, which should satisfy the conditions of the financing of international financial institutions.
Currently, there is no oil refinery in Georgia and the country entirely depends on oil imports.
Proposals will be accepted by 17:00 on July 15.
