In late August - early September, SOCAR Energy Ukraine plans to commission the next gas station under brand of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) in Kiev, a source in SOCAR said.
He said work for commissioning the new station is now underway.
"The new station will be commissioned in Kiev, which is expected in late August - early September," the source said.
He said at present the total number of gas stations under SOCAR in Ukraine is 11 units.
SOCAR also owns a chain of gas stations in Georgia, which is more than 70 units. It also owns a number of gas stations in Azerbaijan and prepares for opening gas stations in Romania.
