The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) exported 1.6 million metric tons of oil from Georgia's Supsa port in January-July 2015, which is 11.1 percent less than in the same period of 2014, SOCAR said Aug. 4.
SOCAR exported 84,700 metric tons of oil from Supsa in July, compared to 334,800 metric tons in the same month of 2014.
The State Oil Company exported nearly 2.96 million metric tons of oil from Georgia's Supsa port in 2014, compared to around 2.73 million metric tons in 2013.
Oil is delivered to Supsa port via the Baku-Supsa oil pipeline operated by Azerbaijan International Operating Company.
