Kazakhstan increases gasoline production by 30%

Gasoline production in Kazakhstan in 2018 amounted to 3.97 million tons, which is 29.8 percent more than in 2017, Trend reports with reference to the Kazakh media.

According to the Statistics Committee of the Kazakh National Economy Ministry, 388,300 tons of kerosene (29.4 percent up year-on-year), 2.49 million tons of liquefied propane and butane (7.4 percent up), 4.67 million tons of gas oil (7.4 percent up), and 2.93 million tons of fuel oil (12.9 percent down) were produced in 2018.

Moreover, 2.09 million tons of ferroalloy (7.9 percent up), 2.55 million tons of flat-rolled products (10.5 percent down), 148,500 tons of refined lead (0.9 percent up), 328,700 tons of zinc (0.7 percent down), and 438,200 tons of refined copper (2.8 percent up) were produced in Kazakhstan last year.
