Iran’s President Hassan Rouhani has inaugurated the third phase of the Persian Gulf Star Refinery to produce fuel.
The ceiling of gasoline production at the second phase of the refinery is 24 million liters per day, while the third phase will produce 45 million liters of gasoline per day and 12 million liters of kerosene per day, Trend reports citing Mehr News Agency.
The completion of the third phase of the Persian Gulf Star Refinery cost €60 million.
The phase has been constructed by domestic work force and created 3,500 job opportunities.
The third phase has the capacity of 120,000 barrels per day of oil with three processing units.
