Over 56,100 tons of paints and varnishes were produced in Azerbaijan from January through May 2020, which is 24.9 percent more compared to the same period of 2019, Trend reports referring to the country's State Statistical Committee.
In the first five months of 2020, Azerbaijan produced 203,200 tons of propylene, which is 45.7 percent more compared to the same period of 2019.
Some 73,200 tons of ethylene were produced in the country during the reporting period.
