Uzbekneftegaz JSC received an industrial gas inflow from the new well #92 at Shimoly Berdak field of Ustyurt oil and gas production department of Uzbekneftegaz JSC located in Karakalpakstan Autonomous Republic, Trend reports citing Uzbekneftegaz press service.
As a result of drilling and perforation work performed at 2,216-2,289 meters, an industrial gas inflow with daily flow rate of 140,000 cubic meters and one ton of gas condensate was received.
Earlier, it was reported that Uzbekneftegaz JSC received an industrial gas inflow from well #9 at Kushimcha field of Gazli oil and gas production department of Uzbekneftegaz JSC.
The company received commercial gas inflow with daily flow rate of 80,000 cubic meters and two tons of gas condensate.
The national holding company Uzbekneftegaz is a state-owned holding company and the largest state company in Uzbekistan. The company ranks 11th in the world's natural gas production.
At the beginning of 2020, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev instructed Uzbekneftegaz to thoroughly analyze each field it is operating and ensure the increase in gas production.
