Azerbaijan exported 773,700 tons of oil and petroleum products worth $282.9 million to India in the first half of 2020, down 62.1 percent compared to the same period of 2019 (1.2 million tons of oil), Trend reports referring to the State Statistics Committee.
Azerbaijan exported 19.5 million tons of oil from January through July 2020, which is 0.02 percent more compared to the same period of 2019, according to the statistical report of the State Customs Committee.
According to the report, the total volume of exports of petroleum products in the reporting period amounted to $6.3 billion, showing an annual decrease of 48.6 percent.
During seven months of 2020, the volume of exports of petroleum products amounted to almost 705,797 tons, which is 15.4 percent increase in comparison to the same period of last year.
