SOCAR Ukraine's aviation fuel imports for November

The import of aviation fuel to Ukraine in November stood at 13.500 tons, 60 percent less than in the same period in 2019 and 34 percent less than in October 2020 with 20,600 tons, Trend reports with reference to Ukrainian media.

Aviation fuel supplies to Ukraine via the maritime transportation prevailed in November 2020. Around 8,900 tons of jet fuel was delivered by sea, which is more than twice as much as in November last year with 4,100 tons. About 6,400 tons of Greek product was received by Trade Commodity in the port of Nikolaev in November 2020, and 2,500 tons of Italian fuel entered the Port of Chornomorsk for SOCAR Ukraine.

The supplies of aviation kerosene from Lithuania to Ukraine decreased more than three times – from 15,100 tons to 4,300 tons year-on-year.

Jet fuel imports from Belarus dropped from 7,500 tons in October 2020 to 200 tons in November 2020. The entire volume was received by Avia Oil.

Over the first eleven months of 2020, the import of aviation fuel to Ukraine amounted to 129,600 tons, which is two times less than in the period from January through November 2019 with 246,200 tons.
