Turkmenistan’s Lebap gas production department of Turkmengas State Concern has produced more than 7 billion cubic meters of gas since the beginning of 2020, Trend reports with reference to the Turkmenportal information portal.
Having extracted the above-mentioned volume of gas, the Lebap gas production department exceeded the gas production plan by 3.4 percent.
About 47,500 tons of gas condensate were manufactured, which also exceeded the initial plan.
Turkmenistan has exceeded expectations of oil and gas condensate production from January through October 2020.
The estimates of oil and gas condensate production were exceeded by 1 percent, oil refining – by 2.4 percent, gasoline production – by 7.5 percent, diesel fuel production – by 6.4 percent.
Also, the plan for natural and associated gas production was exceeded by 0.1 percent, gas exports – 0.2 percent, and investment development-by 6.2 percent.
Thus, the growth rate of liquefied gas production from January through October 2020, compared to the same period last year was 23.6 percent.
