Repair work was carried out on the second technological network of Alan complex gas treatment unit of the Mubarek Oil and Gas Production Department, Trend reports with reference to Uzbekneftegaz JSC.
In accordance with the instruction of the Chairman of the Management Board of Uzbekneftegaz JSCMehriddin Abdullayev, large-scale work is being carried out in the industry in order to prepare and process the produced natural gas and improve its quality indicators.
It is reported that in the shortest possible time one stator of the MESSEN-0952 brand and three sensors for measuring the speed of the METORE-0019 brand of the monoblock turboexpander unit No. 2 were repaired and put into operation.
As a result, the supply of high-quality natural gas was ensured and a decrease in the production of gas condensate by five tons per day was achieved.
Uzbekneftegaz reports that the repair work was carried out by qualified management specialists on the basis of design documentation using internal capabilities, which saved the cost of imported spare parts purchased for the unit repair and foreign specialists involved in their installation.
Alan complex gas treatment unit is located in the Mirishkor district of the Kashkadarya region and was commissioned in 1997. This plant has a capacity to produce 5 billion cubic meters of natural gas per year.
In 2013, in order to extract gas condensate by means of a low-temperature natural gas separation process, turboexpanders units manufactured by the Ukrainian state-owned company Turbogaz were installed at the unit.
