Natural gas is extracted from the restored well at the Tumaris field of Gazli oil and gas production department of Uzbekneftegaz JSC, Trend reports with reference to the press service of Uzbekneftegaz JSC.
On behalf of the Chairman of the Board of Uzbekneftegaz JSC Mehriddin Abdullayev, large-scale work is being carried out to increase the production of natural gas at the fields.
In particular, several wells are being overhauled at the fields of the Gazli oil and gas production department of Uzbekneftegaz JSC.
It is reported that overhaul work was carried out in well No. 1 of the Tumaris field by the specialists of Uzneftegazkuduktamirlash.
Uzbekneftegaz reports that the well was perforated at intervals of 2,028–2,025 meters, 2,024–2,020 meters.
According to operational data, after the well was completed, an industrial gas flow was obtained with a daily flow rate of 70,000 cubic meters.
The Tumaris gas condensate field is located in the Rometan district of the Bukhara region and was commissioned in 2019.
In May last year drilling operations have been completed from exploration well No. 5 of the Tumaris gas condensate field. As a result of the development of the Jurassic sediment horizon in an open trunk of 2,025–2,040 meters, an industrial gas inflow with a daily flow rate of 200,000 cubic meters was obtained.
