The construction of modern wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 500 cubic meters per hour is underway at the Uzbekneftegaz GTL plant, Trend reports referring to Uzbekneftegaz JSC.

Purification of the mineralized, greasy, contaminated surface and domestic wastewater is carried out in three stages. At the first stage, the resulting saline waste water is desalinated in the crystallizer evaporator, and high concentration cubic residues are dehydrated.

The second and third stages will be carried out sequentially at the treatment plant. Here, purification is carried out by mechanical, physicochemical, biological methods using modern devices, and ultimately the purification is carried out on a membrane bioreactor device with the greatest efficiency. Treated wastewater will be sent for use in the technology.
