A new micro hydroelectric power station is being prepared to be launched in the Andijan region of Uzbekistan, Trend reports citing the press service of the Ministry of Energy of Uzbekistan.
The power station with a capacity of 120 kW will power up some 600 households with ecologically clean electricity.
The station will have 4 hydraulic units with a capacity of 30 kW each, which will generate 1.52 million kilowatt-hours of electricity per year.
Currently, installation work on the pipeline, finishing and commissioning work is ongoing.
