Kazakhstan exported 79,650 tons of crude petroleum oil and oil obtained from bituminous minerals worth 33.7 million euros to Lithuania in June 2021, a Eurostat official told Trend.
In turn, Kazakhstan exported 1.7 million tons of petroleum oils and oils obtained from bituminous minerals worth 674.8 million euros to Romania from January through June 2021.
Thus, the June volume of petroleum oils and oils obtained from bituminous minerals from Kazakhstan to Romania is 76.1 percent less than in volume compared to May 2021 (333,903 tons) and is 76.9 percent less than in January 2021 (345,385 tons).
June export value is also 75.5 percent less than in May 2021 (138.1 million euros) and is 69.8 percent more than in January 2021 (111.9 million euros).
The value of trade turnover between Kazakhstan and Romania amounted to $937.1 million from January through June 2021, compared to $779.4 million during the same period of 2020.
Kazakhstan’s exports to Romania amounted to $914.5 million from January through June 2021, compared to $738.7 million during the same period of 2020.
In turn, Kazakhstan’s imports from Romania amounted to nearly $22.6 million over the reporting period, compared to $40.6 million during the same period of 2020.
