The Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) intends to pay dividends in November for the second quarter of 2021 in the amount of $287 million, the head of CPC Nikolay Gorban said at the 14th KAZENERGY Eurasian Forum, Trend reports.
According to the information, Kazakhstan owns 20.75 percent of CPC through KazMunayGas.
It is noted that the tariff for the transit of Kazakhstani oil through the CPC has been stable at $38 per ton for many years.
Earlier it was reported that reducing the tariff will significantly affect tax revenues to Kazakhstan's budget. That is, with a 10 percent discount, the budget of Kazakhstan (National Fund) will receive $50 million annually.
