ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, February 13. The oil industry enterprises in Turkmenistan surpassed their production targets over the past year, Trend reports.
Batyr Amanov, Deputy Chairman of Turkmenistan's Government, made this announcement at an extended Cabinet of Ministers meeting.
According to his statement, the Turkmennebit State Concern's refineries completed 100.6 percent of their oil refining plan throughout the designated time period.
Furthermore, Amanov stated that the expected indicators for the production of gasoline at Turkmen businesses in 2023 were exceeded by two percent, diesel fuel by 2.2 percent, petroleum bitumen by 99 percent, and lubricating oils by 5.8 percent.
Meanwhile, according to government figures, Turkmenistan extracted more than 8.31 million tons of oil from all fields last year.
