BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 11. As of June 1, 2024, Azerbaijan produced 637.9 million tons of liquid hydrocarbons (oil and condensate) from its principal fields (Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli and Shah Deniz), compared to 616.6 million tons in 2023, Trend reports.
Data from the Azerbaijani Ministry of Energy showed that 591.6 million tons of oil have been produced from the Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli (ACG) block of fields since November 1997.
A total of 46.3 million tons of condensate have been produced from the Shah Deniz field since December 2006 to date.
The total export of liquid hydrocarbons from Azerbaijan abroad during the operation of ACG and Shah Deniz has now reached about 636 million tons.
