Iran-China banking ties still unclear

Head of Iran-China Joint Chamber of Commerce announced the visit of Iranian ambassador to China to resolve the problems of the banking transactions between the two countries.

“The banking transactions with China were planned to resume a few days ago, but the plan has not yet been put to work,” said Asadollah Asgaroladi, Trend reports citing Tasnim news agency.

On November 28, Asgaroladi announced that the China's Bank of Kunlun will resume financial transactions with Iran on December 3.

“Iran’s new ambassador to China has recently gone to Beijing to resolve the banking problems,” he said.

Chairman of Iran-China Joint Chambers of Commerce announced that the oil sales to China will begin and its money will return within a month, adding that the Chinese side is going to introduce its second bank for transferring money with Iran.
