PASHA Life once again leads ranking of insurance companies in Azerbaijan on payments

In January-February 2019, payments of ten leading insurance companies of Azerbaijan amounted to 30.59 million manats (92.28 percent of the total insurance payments).

The results of the activity of insurance companies in January-February 2019 have been announced by the Azerbaijan Financial Market Supervisory Authority.

The ranking is headed by Pasha Life, which accounted for 28.24 percent of the reimbursements paid by all companies during the period. In January-February 2019, this company made payments of 9.35 million manats.

The second position in the ranking was taken by Pasha Insurance with total payments of 5.76 million manats (17.39 percent of all payments), and the third position was taken by Ateshgah with total payments amounting to 3.37 million manats (10.18 percent of all payments).

In January-February 2019, Azerbaijani insurance companies collected premiums in the amount of 132.82 million manats (an increase of 2.05 percent over a year), payments in the same period amounted to 33.126 million manats (a decrease of 18.21 percent over a year).
