Bank loans to Azerbaijani regions stood at 13.34 billion manats in July 2019, which is 9.6 percent more compared to the same period of 2018, Trend reports referring to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA).
According to CBA, loans worth 10.73 billion manats were issued in Baku in July, which is 4.1 times more than in the districts. At the same time, loans in national currency in Baku amounted to 6.2 billion manats, or 58.1 percent of the total lending in Baku.
In July, the average annual interest rate on loans in Azerbaijan amounted to 11.7 percent, and to 9.8 percent in Baku.
