Kapital Bank will hold a meeting of shareholders in connection with the payment of the next part of dividends in January 2021, Trend reports citing the Kapital Bank.
"The shareholders of the Azerbaijani Kapital Bank OJSC will discuss issues related to the payment of dividends at an extraordinary meeting on November 6," the information says.
Kapital Bank noted that despite the pandemic, the bank paid dividends to shareholders totaling 112 million manat ($65.8 million) from May through September, of which 6 million manat ($3.5 million) were paid on preferred shares.
Kapital Bank provides services to the population at 101 branches and 14 departments throughout the country and has the widest national network of services.
