The value of loans issued to Azerbaijani public organizations made up 21.4 million manat ($12.6 million) as of early November 2020, Trend reports citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA).
According to CBA, this figure is 9.7 million manat ($5.7 million) or 83 percent more compared to the same period of 2019. However, since the beginning of the year, this figure has decreased by 44.7 percent or 17.3 million manat ($10.2 million).
The share of lending to this sector in lending to the real sector amounted to 0.1 percent, remaining unchanged compared to a year earlier.
In general, the volume of lending to the real sector stood at 14.78 billion manat ($8.7 billion) as of November 1, showing annualized growth of 340.1 million manat ($200.18 million) or 2.35 percent.
