The total liabilities of Azerbaijan Industry Bank decreased by 7.7 percent (62.9 million manat $37 million) as of the second quarter of 2021 compared to the same period of 2020 up to 758.9 million manat ($446.4 million), Trend reports on July 13 referring to the bank’s balance sheet.
A big share (77.8 percent) accounted for deposits in the structure of its liabilities, which also decreased for the year by 9.95 percent, amounting to 590.1 million manat ($347.1 million).
Deposits of credit organizations and other financial institutions increased by 0.04 percent and amounted to 113.8 million manat ($66.9 million). Other liabilities are estimated at 14.7 million manat $8.6 million (an increase of 29.6 percent).
The bank's share capital has not changed for the year and amounted to 60 million manat ($35.3 million). Retained earnings reached 39.2 million manat ($23.05 million), an increase of 8.1 percent for the year.
The total capital of Azerbaijan Industry Bank during the reporting period amounted to 105.7 million manat ($62.2 million), increasing by 3.5 percent on an annualized basis.
