Nakhchivan Bank intends to expand the network of payment terminals, ATMs, also to offer a wider range of electronic services, call center services for both retail and corporate customers in 2022, head of the bank's public relations department Zarifa Abbasova told Trend.
The field of digital banking has been developing rapidly in recent years, she noted.
"I can say that based on statistics, most customers prefer to use remote banking services. Nakhchivan Bank is focused on developing new products and services in the field of digital banking in its strategic plan for 2022, also integrating existing services into the online banking system," Abbasova added.
