BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 4. The International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) took the first place in the ranking of local banks in terms of total volume of liabilities for the first quarter of 2022, Trend reports.
According to the IBA’s financial report, total volume of its liabilities for the reporting period amounted to over 10.1 billion manat ($5.9 billion).
The second position in the ranking was taken by Pasha Bank with total liabilities volume of 6.5 billion manat ($3.8 billion).
Kapital Bank ranked third with total liabilities volume in the amount of 6.3 billion manat ($3.7 billion).
The total volume of the first three banks’ liabilities in 1Q2022 amounted to 23.1 billion manat ($13.6 billion), which is 67.72 percent of the total volume of liabilities of all banks in Azerbaijan (34.1 billion manat or $20 billion).
