BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 7. The net profit of Azerbaijan's State Housing Development Agency amounted to 1.509 million manat ($886.4 million) in 2021, Trend reports referring to the financial report.
According to the audit opinion, the public assistance to the agency totaled 2.1 million manat ($1.2 million).
The agency's general and administrative expenses in 2021 reached 3.44 million manat ($2.02 million), whereas the net loss from the impairment of financial assets was 1.316 million manat ($773.02 million).
The operating loss made up 2.358 million manat ($1.38 million) in 2021.
Meanwhile, financial income for 2021 equaled 10.176 million manat ($5.9 million), whilst discount amortization – 4.29 million manat ($2.5 million).
The overall assets of the agency amounted to 535.5 million manat, or $314.5 million (an increase of 48.1 percent), total liabilities – 49.798 million manat, or $29.2 million (growth of 2.8 times), and total capital – 485.734 million manat, or $285.3 million (an increase of 41.2 percent).
