BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 19. Surplus fixed in the state budget of Azerbaijan from the beginning of the year, Trend reports with reference to the bulletin of the country’s State Statistics Committee.
According to the committee, the revenues of the Azerbaijani state budget exceeded 22.4 billion manat ($13.1 billion) from January through September 2022, which is 25.3 percent more than in the same period last year.
Expenditures on the state budget reached 20.4 billion manat ($12 billion), which is 15.6 percent higher than from January through September 2021.
The state budget generated a surplus in the amount of 1.93 billion manat ($1.13 billion) at the end of September 2022.
The nominal GDP of Azerbaijan amounted to 98 billion manat ($57.6 billion) in the specified period.
