BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 19. Azerbaijan’s AzSigorta OJSC insurance company reduced its authorized capital, Trend reports on November 19 via ‘Vergilar’ online newspaper of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy.
According to the newspaper, this figure amounted to 14 million manat ($8.2 million), down by 6.9 million manat ($4 million) or 31 percent.
Currently, the authorized capital consists of 69 shares with a par value of 203,000 manat ($119,410) per security.
