BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 23. Total liabilities of Azerbaijan’s PASHA Bank increased in the fourth quarter of 2022, Trend reports citing the bank's balance sheet.

According to the balance sheet, this figure amounted to 7.85 billion manat ($4.62 billion), up by 2.02 billion manat ($1.19 billion) or 34.74 percent over the year.

A significant share (89.15 percent) in the structure of liabilities fell on deposits - seven billion manat ($4.1 billion), which is a growth of 39.27 percent on annual basis. At the same time, the share of deposits of legal entities in the bank’s deposit structure made up 77.6 percent. Deposits of these entities amounted to 5.43 billion manat ($3.19 billion).

The share of deposits of individuals in the structure of liabilities of PASHA Bank made up 22.4 percent. These deposits stood at 1.56 billion manat ($920 million).

The bank's liabilities to credit organizations and other financial institutions in the fourth quarter of 2022 amounted to 567.48 million manat ($333.8 million), and other liabilities – 144.03 million manat ($84.72 million).

The share capital of the bank during the reporting period amounted to 643.49 million manat ($339.2 million), and its retained earnings – 288.98 million ($169.9 million).

Meanwhile, PASHA Bank’s total capital amounted to 662.99 million manat ($389.99 million).

Previously, in the third quarter of last year, total liabilities of the bank equaled 6.98 billion manat ($4.1 billion).
