Dayhanbank State Commercial Bank issued the most cards (1.98 million), followed by Turkmenistan State Commercial Bank (more than 1.09 million) and Halkbank Joint-Stock Commercial Bank (670,668 cards).
Furthermore, over the last four years, the number of bank cards issued in Turkmenistan has increased.
Meanwhile, by the conclusion of 2023, Turkmenistan saw a 7.5 percent increase in the total count of issued bank cards, reaching 5.56 million compared to 5.17 million recorded at the close of 2022.
